Who is the Copper Goat?
She is a folk legend from the Kanne region. The small village in the Jeker Valley has always been a paradise for children, to romp around, explore the forests, look for treasures in the caves, climb the hills... Especially in the past, the children went out all day long, looking for adventure, and having the time of their lives in the hills surrounding the village. They did not return until nightfall, either because they were hungry or out of fear of encountering the Copper Goat! After all, this one lives on the hill behind the house, where the sun sets, and at dusk it comes down and poses a danger to anyone who is not yet at home...

Welcome to the Copper Goat! A special holiday home in the most beautiful spot of picturesque Kanne. The house is suitable for 4 to 8 people and is located on the water, with a view of the green hills, beautiful bridge and impressive marl valley. The house will charm you with its warm interior, lovely garden with terrace, spacious bedrooms and surprising views.
The atmosphere of the water and the tranquility is everywhere.
And yet you are also very close to Maastricht (4 km), Tongeren, Liège, Hasselt, Aachen.

Our rooms
The house has 3 large bedrooms: 2 with a double bed each (lovely box springs), and an airy sleeping attic with 4 more beds. There are 2 bathrooms (bath and shower). The view is breathtaking from every window!
Price includes sheets and towels. Booking from 2 nights.

Bed and bath linen/cleaning
All beds are covered upon arrival. Bath towels are also provided. The final cleaning is done by the owner.
Garden
The garden is a wonderful place to be. There is a terrace where you can enjoy the view and life on and around the water for hours. Garden furniture for 8 people, a charcoal BBQ.
Children
The garden is completely fenced so that children can play safely. There is a trampoline, basketball court, badminton set, and plenty of room to play football.
Free WiFi
WiFi is available everywhere in the house, including strong coverage in the garden. One of the rooms has a desk for those who want to do some work in peace.
Misuse
Own bicycles can be stored safely. Bicycle rental available nearby. Repair kit, high pressure cleaner. Feel free to borrow our cycling GPS with some great routes!
BBQ

There is a beautiful BBQ available with which you can easily prepare meat/fish for 10 people. Charcoal is provided. .
